Spring Break

The kiddos are home all week. Yesterday was Movie day because the weather was YUK! They made a tent and brought out a smaller TV to put in the "Hide Out". That lasted about 4 hours then they were on to something else.

Today we all were going to the children's museum to have some fun, but super B (that's what we call Blake) got sick at 2:30 am. A virus of some sort. So I stayed home with the twins and Dave brought the older boys with Uncle John. Blake looks so sad. So my day is filled with Laundry and grily stuff with Amanda. Oh, gotta Love it!!! or you'd cry..

Almost Grand .......

Spencer entered a photo in this years County fair for the first time. He entered in the Junior division and won a blue ribbon. His ticket said almost Grand!!That means he was being considered for Grand Champion in his class. I am so proud of him. He really loves photography!! These are the longhorns in the pasture behind our house. We get to enjoy them, but don't have to feed 'em. Gotta Love Texas!!!

Oh Holy Night......

It is Christmas Eve , still so much to do. The older boys are in the pageant at church for the vigil mass tonight. ALex is Angel Gabriel and Spencer and Luke are Shepards. John will be here any minute for the next few days. I think I will be able to go to midnight mass tonight! I havent been to that mass in years. There have always been little one's who would object, but this year uncle John is here!! Spencer has served at almost every mass this past week. He even wants to serve tomorrow. I am so proud of him. He makes me want to be a better person. What a role model even at 9 years old. I will hopefully post photos soon. Merry Christmas
